You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to both opened and unopened products.
Eligibility
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide your order number and the email address used to place the order
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per product
How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund (optional). We will respond within 2 business days.
Return of Products
Unopened products: We may ask you to return the product at your own expense before processing the refund.
Opened/partially used products: No return required. We may request a photo as verification.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
